Prayer Meeting for Missions

From Crystal Pennington:
This Sunday, after the last service, there will be a monthly prayer meeting for missions in Coleman Hall called "Lift Up Your Voice." Ryan and I went last month for the first time and loved it. It is a wonderful time to intercede for missionaries around the world. Last month a missionary from China came and gave a report about God's work in her city, and we prayed specific prayers for her needs and the needs of other missionaries and ministries going on around the world. It was so encouraging to hear about the growing faith of other believers from different places and lift up the people, especially from our home church, that are serving overseas. If anyone is looking for a way to be more involved and in tune with what God is doing around the world, this is a great chance! The meeting starts at 12:15, right after the last service, in Coleman Hall. It usually lasts around an hour to an hour and a half, but you are free to leave when you need to. Box lunches are available for $5 and includes a drink, sandwich, chips and a cookie. (Well, that is what they had last time, but I am assuming that it will be the same this month) Your can bring your own lunch if you want, but are not required to buy the lunch! If anyone has any questions, they can call the church at 214-969-2410 or feel free to call Ryan and I. We hope that some of you will come and we apologize for the short notice!
