Please Pray for the Cobbs...

Jon's Dad, George Cobb, went to Heaven this morning.

He was taken off of the ventilator and passed shortly thereafter. Melissa wanted to get the word out to the class because she and Jon have been so appreciative of the prayer, support & encouragement they've received from everyone throughout the past few weeks and wanted to ask for prayer again now in the loss of Jon's Dad. She asked for specific prayer for PEACE in something we have no control over.

She said that the family is obviously brokenhearted, but is at peace. Melissa and Jon can both be reached on their cell phones today for anyone who might want to call:

They do plan to be in class this Sunday, too.

For now, Melissa said that their needs are covered... they're just asking for prayer. They are not certain when the funeral will be, but it will be held at Restland Memorial Park/Funeral Home... possibly on Monday. We will be sure and keep the class posted on details as arrangements become finalized.
