2007 Men's Spring Retreat - Canoe Trip Friday May4th 5pm- Sun May6th- noon

OK men, here it is. The men's annual Oklahoma Canoe trip is shaping up.

We are leaving Friday 5pm May 4th to go canoeing in OK. Returning Sunday May 6th about 1pm.

We have a 30 man cabin on the river (see pics below) at the takeout point). Outdoor fireplace and grill overlooking the water.

We will eat on the way up and arrive about 10pm at the cabins.
Saturday morning we wake up and have a great man breakfast (bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits, and other things not good for you) before leaving to go canoeing all day down the Lower Mountain Fork river in Beavers Bend. We will eat a sandwich lunch on the river.

We have steak for dinner Saturday evening then get up Sunday, have a devotional before departing for home. Should be home by noon or 1 Sunday.

If you are a fisherman you are free to bring your fishing gear. Local fishing licenses can be purchased when we get there.

The cost is $125 and includes everything except the meal we eat on the way up.

$25 deposit will be due March 18th.
